Shipping Policy:
Strollerbabies.com offers free ground shipping to the continental United States on all orders over $100. For orders between $0 and $25, a flat shipping fee of $6.49 will be charged. For orders between $25 and $100 a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will be charged.
We currently will only ship to the United States. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or any other country except the United States. We also do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other province except the United States. Shipments going to Hawaii or Alaska will be charged for air shipping. Our standard shipping rates are for the 48 continental states only.
We generally do not ship to APO or PO Boxes. If you'd like to know if we can ship one or more of our products to an APO or PO Box for you, please email

In some very rare cases an item purchased from Strollerbabies.com may go on backorder before it can be shipped to you. If this happens we will notify you immediately, and give you the choice to cancel your order or to wait for delivery.
Return Policy:
Strollerbabies.com will gladly accept returns for purchases within 30 days of receipt of order. Any returned items must be new and unused in their original box with all original packaging materials. The box must be unopened to avoid a restocking fee. All UPC bar codes or tags must be attached.
In order to make a return, you must receive a Return Authorization (RMA). To get this, you must email
info@strollerbabies.com with the following information:

- Your Address
- Your Phone Number
- Your Order Number
- Item(s) To Be Returned
- Why You Are Requesting a Return
- The Present Condition of the Item(s)
You will be emailed back promptly with instructions of how and where to return your item(s). Please do not put your RMA number on the outside of the box. For returns that meet our guidelines, you will be responsible for the charges incurred to ship the item(s) back to us, as well as our actual shipping charges incurred to ship the item to you. Our actual shipping charges usually differ from the amount you were charged for shipping. Items returned that are not in new and unused condition, are missing parts, or have an open box will be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. If you put the RMA number on the outside of the box, a restocking fee will also be charged.
What can't be returned?
There are certain items that our return policy does not apply to. Any custom made orders cannot be returned for any reason. Custom made orders include, but are not limited to: a special order item, an item that has been personalized in some way, or an item that was made after you ordered it.
Shipping Damage:
If your item is damaged in transit please, do not use the product. Please keep all of the original packaging materials, including the box and all of the contents in the box. A claim will be filed with the shipping company, and they will inspect the box and its contents for damage. To report damage to your item, please email us at: info@strollerbabies.com.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of a product that you ordered, it will fall under our general return policy. You'll be charged for our actual shipping charges to get the item to you as well as any other charges that we incur to have the package returned to us.
Incorrect Address Provided
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be charged any fees associated with rerouting the order to the proper address. If the delivery is refused by the recipient, the package will fall under our general Refusal of Delivery Policy.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you must send an email to: info@strollerbabies.com. You must provide the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Address
- Your Phone Number
- Your Order Number
- Reason you would like to cancel your order
If you cancel your order before it has been processed, we will give you a full refund. However, if it has already been processed, certain processing fees may apply. If your order is being shipped directly from the manufacturer, you will be responsible for any cancellation fees that they charge us. If it ships from our warehouse, you will only be charged if the order has already been shipped. In that case, you will be charged for all actual shipping charges that we incur. Once you contact us, we will notify you whether your item has been processed, shipped, or if you are eligible for a full refund.
Defective Items
All defective items can either be replaced or fixed by us or the manufacturer. It's very rare for any of our items to be defective, but if they are, please first, contact the manufacturer directly. If they cannot fix your problem or you are not sure how to contact the manufacturer, please email us at info@strollerbabies.com. We will be glad to help resolve your problem. Defective items are not the fault of Strollerbabies.com, but rather the manufacturer. All defective items must be handled by the manufacturer before Strollerbabies.com.
Low-Price Guarantee
If you see one of our products on another internet site for a lower price, we will try and match competitor's price. This offer does not apply to internet auction sites. The other merchant must be an authorized retailer and an established website, determined by us. If you see a lower price for something you want to buy, please contact info@strollerbabies.com. Please include the name of the item, the model number, the name of the other website, and a link to the specific product page on their website. The Low-Price Guarantee is valid for the exact product, model and style, including all shipping and delivery charges. We will match or beat our competitor's price almost 100% of the time.
Payment Methods
Strollerbabies.com accepts the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. We also may accept a check or money order. Please choose check / money order at checkout if you'd like to pay with a check or money order.
Sales Tax
Any order shipped to California will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Any order shipped outside of California will not be charged any sales tax.

Strollerbabies.com takes the privacy and security of our customers very seriously. We take all possible precautions and safety measures to make sure that each customer enjoys a safe and secure shopping experience.

How do we use this information?
We use this information to effectively process your order. Your private information is not sold or given to anyone except the shipping companies that are used to deliver your shipment. The shipping company that delivers your package will only receive your name, shipping address, and phone number. They
will not receive any of your billing information. Only Strollerbabies.com employees, who need to view your personal information to effectively process your order, will have access to your information.
We do not share any personal information with any outside advertisers. If you become one of our customers or sign up for future deals with us, you may receive occasional email offers from us. If you do not want to receive offers from us, you can stop them at any time by simply emailing us at
